Basel CC VS Alpine CC, 21st August, 2016
On a windy day with sun showing in spells, 15 boys from Basel were up for some cricketing action against a half appearing side of Alpine CC. Basel lost the toss and were asked to bowl first.

Another scorching hot day at the Bachgraben Oval, blue skies and temperatures around the 30s, and the hosts made good use of the time they had while waiting for Alpine CC to arrive at the Stadium by producing some of the best catches.

With the perfect weather conditions for cricket, Basel won the toss and elected to bat. Rajesh and Vishal got us off to the perfect start with a very strong 60+ partnership off the first 10 overs before Rajesh played behind to the keeper off the 2nd change bowler Sajan for 33.
