As most of you know, we normally hold our AGM in April. This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday the 23rd April.
Due to time constraints with the committee, the AGM will be held from 16.00 to 18.00.
If we no more than 8 people, we will hold the AGM at Jay’s shop. If we are more, we will book a table at a restaurant.
It is important that you e-mail me at email@example.com before 10th April if you would like to attend. That way we can organise where we will hold the AGM. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept you if not done before the 10th April.
If you would like to nominate someone for captain, president, secretary or treasurer, please e-mail me at the above address before the 10th April.
I will not be accepting any nominations or confirmations of attendence via watsapp (only e-mail) as I delete all my chats regularly to free up space on my phone.
Please note, as we have limited time, the committee kindly requests that only current members of the club and not past members attend. We have a lot to get through in a limited amount of time.
It would be better for the committee to set up another date for a social event for all past and current members to get together.
The AGM is not a brain storming session. If you would like something discussed please e-mail me at the above address and I will add it to the agenda.
I am happy to send, via e-mail, to all current members of the club the AGM minutes if you don’t attend the AGM.
The committee is very busy with laying the new wicket, purchasing a new container for the club and building a new website and we’re looking to move forward and have these all completed before the start of this outdoor season, that is why we can’t afford for the AGM to be a social event this year.
